Worst electric range. The Oven knobs are the worst quality ever. Got my range from Lowe's at the ed of December 2025 and already 3 knobs came off. . Contacted customer service and the knobs are out of stock. My prior oven was 10 yrs old and looked better that this one that's only 9 months old.

Enjoying the stove, but...

It has been a few months so I think I can provide meaningful feedback. I wish there was a manual provided to explain all the features, especially, the oven options. I have not found issues with the stove top. In general, the oven works as expected but there are aspects that are not as anticipated. 1. The alert that the preheat has completed is not loud or long enough. I found no way to adjust for the hearing impaired. 2. While you are supposed to drop the temp for Air Bake by 25 degrees over conventional baking instructions, I found that I still need to bake for the recommended Conv. time. 3. I think the glass on the oven is too dark and even with the light, it is impossible to determine items like cookies are done without opening the door. 4. It seems to take much longer for the Preheat to complete although I do like the temp. display showing the temp. rising inside the oven. 5. I do NOT like it that I cannot toggle between oven temp. and the timer. If I go from temp to timer and then back to temp. I have to reset the temp. Then if go back to timer, I have to reset the time. Thank you.

The looks are top-notch, along with Excellent working range top. When baking in the oven, the shortest cooking time is all that's needed for everything I've done so far. The ONLY thing I don't like is the air-frying doesn't cook any faster than baking, so is pretty much useless.

The chemical smell when using the oven is disturbing; I hope it dissipates in time. I'm also concerned that the back area where the knobs are gets hot when we use the oven. I've never had an oven do this. I'm annoyed that Whirlpool's cleaning directions for the glass top only approve water and soap, which doesn't get all the spills up. I'm very disappointed in the racks; the spacing is much larger than standard. Cooking a pizza is difficult because the edges are not supported enough, causing them to droop and drip. Small potatoes can also slip through the rack.

Brand New Oven Broken- Less than 1 month old

Whirlpool deserves nothing but 0 stars and bankruptcy. I am extremely disappointed with Whirlpool's products and customer service. I purchased a brand-new Whirlpool range, and within days it began failing to maintain temperature. The oven would randomly drop over 100 degrees while cooking, making it impossible to bake reliably. Instead of replacing a brand-new defective appliance, Whirlpool insisted on repairing it. The required part was backordered, leaving my family without a dependable oven while I continued making phone calls and rearranging my schedule. Even after finally locating the part, Whirlpool could not guarantee they would honor my originally scheduled repair appointment, meaning I may have to miss additional time from work because of a problem that existed from the beginning. A company that stands behind its products should not expect customers to accept repeated repairs on a brand-new appliance or bear the cost of lost wages due to service delays. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Whirlpool. I will not be purchasing another Whirlpool appliance, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I returned the slide-in range for this model. I love it! The controls are easy to see. I can clearly see when a burner is on or is still hot, and the clock is visible (although I wish the readout was white or red instead of blue). I haven't tried the convection or air fry functions yet, but I would have GREATLY appreciated a booklet of instructions on how to use them, how to set the clock and timer, etc. I don't understand printing a book on how to install and clean in three different languages while failing to provide information on how to use the stove! And I hate the cheap oven drawer! I like to keep my cookie sheets in there, and this rinky-dink drawer doesn't hold half as much as my previous GE stove drawer did.

Range seems to perform as expected. Had to go online to figure out how the oven worked with different options. Don't know why instructions couldn't be included with the range. Was a problem with the drawer on the bottom. Had a sharp edge that I cut my finger on when put drawer in. Was a manufacturer error. Worked with sheet metal for 20 years. If not set up right in shearing process you get bad burrs. I will end up with different model stove because they won't send a drawer because they say they are all the same. Went to store and not the case. This was manufacturer error that QA should have never left go to assembly.

Bought this on 5/11. Delivered on 5/13. Still not working and waiting on parts. Feel this should have been replacement not repaired. It was brand new and needs heating element and control board. Pretty shameful in my opinion. Those are significant repairs for a new oven. Very disappointed!!! First time trying Whirlpool again in over 40 years™€¦. Nothing has changed!!! Won™€™t do that again!!! Would have given zero stars!!! A waste of $900!!!

The new stove is awesome, with the 6 burners on top and built in air fryer (which we never had tried one) tt works great. Preheat is quick and easy to use. Less than one month and no oven

In less than one month the oven stopped working. It has taken a week to get a whirlpool repair man ( he was extremely professional and seem to find a problem). Now we are to wait another week for a part. They will call us. I have no idea what will be done or not done then. I still have a stove top. But less than one month I would have thought Whirlpool would have just replaced the stove.

Purchase 10/28/25 and the main control blew 5/26/26. The limited 1year warranty is an absolute hassle to get Whirlpool to take accountability. Their third party contractor was great (not whirlpool directly). After talking with another repair company not contracted with Whirlpool they are seeing these give out every day. I would not recommend purchasing this stove because it doesn™€™t even last a year. Whirlpool couldn™€™t have cared less when I shared the issues we were having.

This stove is the absolute worst stove ever. We have had this stove for six month's and we still can't use the oven cause it stink's so back with a chemical smell that it make's me sick and give's my headaches. I have had a repair man come out and he said there was nothing he could do. I guess I will have to get a lawyer and get in touch with the consumer protection agency to get my money back. And sue whirlpool for damage's and the stress. I have run the oven cycle 20 times now and the smell never get better. This stove is a total lemon. DON'T buy this appliance. OH , good luck trying to to to someone at Whirpool.

We've had this range for a month or so now. The surface is very difficult to clean, unlike our previous Whirlpool range. It always looks like there is some kind of residue on the cook surface, no matter how well we clean it. Using the oven produces a terrible chemical smell that has only just now lessened in intensity after weeks of usage. The "stainless steel" border in front of the cook top surface has scratched very easily just from having cookie sheets sitting on it after taking them out of the oven... so it doesn't seem to actually be stainless steel. Finally, when using the oven, the top and sides get dangerously hot, much more so than any range we've ever had. We bought this as a replacement for our previous Whirlpool. I had already replaced two burners on the old one, and then when one replacement didn't work, I also bought a new switch. Before I had a chance to install the new switch, the entire control panel died. I should've known better to replace it with another Whirlpool, but we were in a bind and it was the only unit that we liked at Lowe's. I'm done with Whirlpool.

Great for cooking and baking

We have had this stove about 2 months. What disappoints me is the fact that the glass top is extremely hard to clean. Never have had this much trouble cleaning my Kenmore stoves through the years. I have to call Whirlpool to ask what to do with easy stains.

Whirlpool range

I bought this range in Oct.2025 and I have to say it is nothing like my other whirlpool range I had for 32 years. I already have a rub mark on the glass top and the metal strip that goes in front of it scratches just by setting a pan on it. My accubake range looked almost new when I bought this one. This glass top is no where near as nice as the other kind. In order for it to look nice you have to polish it everyday.

Love my whirlpool stove

I bought my stove a few weeks ago. I™€™ve used most of the features and they all work very very well. I like the dual element so that if I have a large pan or a small pan, I can use the front burners.

We haven't had this range for long, but so far every feature we've tried has worked well. We did pizzas on air bake last night and they came out perfect. Stainless is easy to keep clean. Controls are simple to use. Looks nice in our kitchen. Timer could be a bit louder, but overall very happy so far!
