My previous fridge was 12 years old and making weird noises. I found this model at a local furniture and appliance store, and knew it would fit the space in my kitchen, and the price was just right! So glad I was able to avoid the mess that happens when a fridge breaks down and the contents spoil. I'm very happy with my choice.

This is a good, standard refrigerator. I am trying to adjust back to having a freezer on the top as my previous refrigerator had it on the bottom. It works well, no issues with operation. If I had one complaint, it would be the location or design of the handle on the freezer section; I keep hitting my head on it when it return to upright after looking in the refrigerator.

i purchase this unit used from a private party. They was moving and I needed a replacement.. It worked out in my favor getting it for cheap price of $50.00 and it's only abt 2 years old. Works great although it doesn't have an ice maker installed I will be getting an ice maker kit for it soon. I don't know actual store price but would recommend this if you need a standard fridge

When I bought my home it came furnished with all used appliances. I recently bought my new fridge and I absolutely love it, it™™s just a basic white one, no bells and whistles but it™™s so quiet, lots of room. It™™s my very first new fridge as my ex husband would get us used appliances when he could. I™™m grateful for this one and the cost was what I wanted to spend. I would definitely buy this same brand again. Keep up the good work.

Seems to be working just fine. Some of the cosmetic parts were below standard, the design of the handle you have a tendency to hit your head when you™™re reaching into the refrigerator portion.The outside top corner cover piece will not stay secure. The plastic wrap on the doors are extremely hard to remove because they are under the gaskets. Overall a nice looking refrigerator.

This refrigerator is very nice. Has large shelves, 3 drawers (one sliding which is really convenient) and a large freezer. Set up was a snap and came to temperature quickly. Very happy with this refrigerator. As far as we are concerned, Frigidaire is the king of refrigerators and has be forever.

I wasn't sure I'd like it but it turned out to be wonderful. It keeps my food and freezer at the right temperature. Easy to clean. Reversed doors opening. Has a great seal. Plenty of room for me in freezer and fridge. Shelves are easy to clean. I was impressed how quick was freezing ice cube trays. My Cokes are actually really cold and taste great when they come out.

Good day, i purchased a fridge on 5/10/24 and on 7/1/24 it stopped working. Repair person came and advised the fans stopped working. They advised it would 5-7 days to get the parts. Therefore i have lost everything in my fridge and had to run out to by a mini fridge and cooler to survive the next 7 days. I know i need to lose weight but this is insane. We buy new products to have a sense of security . Frigidaire it a great product, but this time you guys have failed really badly.. I would to be contacted by a service recovery person

We got this to replace a dying 19 Y.O. fridge we keep in the garage. The fridge is shipped with a clear protective plastic covering on the doors and interior parts secured in place with tape and styrofoam. The very thin plastic covering the doors was VERY DIFFICULT to remove completely! It was stuck on better than any tape I've ever seen. It was hard to get it peeling and frequently ripped. It wrapped around the edges of the door and went under the rubber door gasket and was nearly impossible to remove completely. The unduly VERY STICKY tape and styrofoam holding the interior components required complete removal of each item. The tape was so sticky I thought maybe it wasn't supposed to be taken off! The two door handles were each held on by three screws, but two of the screws for each handle were missing. I called the dealer to ordered the screws to be shipped to my home, WHICH TOOK TEN DAYS! One would think that when they short you something, they would fall all over themself to get the parts to you quickly. Lastly the installation instructions tell to level the unit. It says remove the "Toe Grill" (which is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO DO!) and turn the 3/8" bolt to raise or lower. When I FINALLY get the grill off, there are NO BOLTS! There's NOTHING to indicate a leveling adjustment devise! So I try to contact Fridgidaire, through a chat. I wait 34 minutes to get to the chat. After getting connected and giving the model number, the agent - before any other questions - wants to know who installed the fridge, to which I reply "me." The agent replies, "Please have a certified installer." REALLY? A certified installer to plug in a fridge? GOOD GRIEF! Finally, F-A-N-A-L-L-Y the agent asks what the problem is, and I tell them. Agent wants a photo, I send a photo. Agent then asks for my email so they can send me a parts diagram - A PARTS DIAGRAM - so I can identify the missing part, for crying out loud!!! This fridge CLEARLY does NOT have a leveling mechanism! THAT'S IT, I'M DONE. This whole FIASCO took an hour and ten minutes, with LONG pauses between the times the agent would reply, but now I'm wise enough to NEVER buy another FREAKIN' Fridgidaire product!!!

My new Frigidaire refrigerator is a great value. I needed a large fridge for my second home and this 20 cu ft model fits the bill. It has a bright interior with glass shelves. The top freezer has wired shelves to allow air to flow through easily. When the compressor runs, it is quiet. Also the deli drawer can slide left or right depending on the owners location preference. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone who is looking for a new refrigerator.

Generally happy. It does the job. A kink in the water line to the icemaker caused a leak. I had to spend an hour waiting for an online 'chat' which only took 5min, to schedule a visit. Then it took a week before someone could come out. All of this is too long frankly. So C+ at best there. The upside is repair guy took his time to sus out the problem and solved it.

We chose this refrigerator because it's almost exactly like our old one that needed to be replaced because it was 18 years old. We've only had it for a little over a week but so far it's been working good. It has plenty of space for everything we need to keep in it. I wish the drawer on the center shelf was a little narrower and a little deeper like our old one but it works. My husband found a big dent on the top that did not happen during delivery so it must have come from the store that way. It doesn't affect the operation of the refrigerator so we didn't contact them about it. Overall we're happy with this purchase.

I just bought this fridge. The installation instructions tell to level the unit. It says remove the "Toe Grill" (which is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO DO!) and turn the 3/8" bolt to raise or lower. When I FINALLY get the grill off, there NO BOLTS! There's NOTHING to indicate a leveling adjustment devise! So I try to contact Fridgidaire, through a chat. I wait 34 FREAKIN' minutes to get to the chat. Once it's going there's no bell or chime to indicate you're connected to an agent. I guess the DOLTS at Fridgidiare just want you to sit and stare at the chat screen, for an indeterminably long time, waiting to get connected. Fridge works great, build quality is great and the price was right. This was one of the most affordable fridges I could find. I was not looking for any fancy bells a whistles and I am presently surprised. Perfect for a secondary fridge for overflow and drinks. Would be great for primary fridge as long as you are okay with no ice maker or water.

I have been over all very pleased with this new refrigerator with one important exclusion. The ice maker which goes with this machine is pitiful. It make very small cubes and very few of them. We have tried every tweek we can to get more out of it but compared to our old fridge this is unacceptable and I guess we will have to buy a separate ice maker.

A beautiful (hoss) of a Top Freezer Refrigerator with an enormous amount of storage space. I could not be happier with this purchase. By removing the freezer rack, I was able to store 5 large bags of ice in the freezer for a party. I was also able to put more than 2 x 40 pack cases of water bottles on one shelf in the fridge.
